These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MyCar Marketplace. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
Use of Platform
You must provide accurate information while registering, listing vehicles, and communicating with buyers or sellers. Misleading content or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
Platform Scope
MyCar Marketplace helps users discover vehicle listings and access verification tools. We do not process or facilitate financial transactions between buyers and sellers.
Wallet and Tools Usage
Wallet balance is used only for platform tools and data lookups, such as RC detail and related vehicle information fetch in the Tools section. Wallet recharge does not represent buyer-seller payment handling.
Account and Access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, legal requirements, or pose security risks to other users.
