Uploading false documents or misleading details may result in suspension.

My Car Marketplace reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies.

4. Platform Limitation of Liability

My Car Marketplace acts solely as an intermediary platform.

We:

• Do not inspect vehicles physically
• Do not guarantee vehicle condition
• Are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers

Users are advised to conduct independent verification before completing transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content including logo, design, text, and branding belongs to My Car Marketplace and may not be reused without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
