Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Listing & Promotion Fees
If paid listings or promotional packages are purchased:
- Fees are non-refundable once the listing is published.
- Promotional upgrades cannot be reversed after activation.
2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
Refunds may be processed if:
- Payment is deducted but listing not activated.
- Duplicate payment occurs due to technical issues.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days with payment proof.
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Cancellation of Listings
Users may remove listings anytime through their dashboard. However, paid fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
