Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to wallet recharge payments made on MyCar Marketplace for tool usage and data lookups.
Wallet Recharge Nature
Wallet recharge adds balance to your MyCar wallet in INR and can be used only for platform tools and services. It is not a payment for buying or selling vehicles.
Cancellation Policy
Completed wallet recharge transactions cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully processed by the payment gateway.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases of failed payment with debit, duplicate debit, or verified technical error where wallet balance was not correctly credited.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source as per banking and gateway timelines, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
